Busy Occupational Thrapy Team with Social Services requires a Senior Practitioner to cover long term sickness. You must be able to undertake Supervisory & Management tasks and contribute towards the development of the OT service. You would be required to supervise up to 5 OT's & Assistants & other staff members as required. To allocate work, performance reviews, set targets & objectives for staff and to deputise for the Service Manager as required. UK management experience is ESSENTIAL as this is a short term position that requires the correct applicant to have Social Servcies experience at the desired level.
